Dalian Kowa Foods Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 with a total area of 12,000 square meters in Jinshitan Town of Dalian. As a Sino-Japanese joint venture, KOWA is engaged in offshore fishing, shellfish farming, freshwater fish farming and seasoned fish processing.
